Bespoke Jewellery Designed Around Your Story
JYOCO creates bespoke jewellery in Poznań - from individually designed engagement rings and wedding bands to necklaces, earrings and pieces incorporating gemstones entrusted to us by our clients. Each commission includes a consultation, jewellery design, material selection and handcrafting in our Poznań atelier.
Let’s Bring Your Idea to Life
Every bespoke commission begins with a conversation - by email, phone, online or in person at our Poznań atelier.
Whether you are considering an engagement ring, wedding bands, a meaningful gift or a piece created around an heirloom gemstone, this is the moment to share your ideas, preferences and practical requirements.
The custom jewellery form helps us understand the character of the project before the consultation. You are welcome to include reference images or photographs that communicate the proportions, mood or details you are drawn to.
Design Consultation
We guide you through each stage of the design process, from the initial concept and proportions to the choice of metal, gemstones and setting.
Most communication takes place by email, with online or in-person consultations arranged when useful. Every proposal is developed around the wearer, the intended use of the jewellery and the character of the piece.
Choosing a Gemstone
Once the design direction has been agreed, we begin sourcing gemstones that suit the project.
You will receive a carefully selected range of options with clear specifications, photographs, videos and pricing, allowing you to make an informed decision. Selected stones may also be viewed in person at our atelier.
Rare or highly specific gemstones may require additional sourcing time. The priority is to find the right stone for the design rather than the quickest available option.
Design Approval and Deposit
After the design and gemstone have been approved, we request a deposit of 50–75% of the agreed project price.
We then issue a pro forma invoice and provide a document outlining the terms of cooperation. Once the deposit has been received, we order the required materials and begin making your jewellery.
Production
Your piece is handcrafted in our Poznań atelier.
Bespoke commissions usually take 4–8 weeks from final approval and receipt of the deposit. If you are working towards a specific date, please let us know before the project begins.
We remain in contact throughout the process, providing relevant updates and answering any questions that arise.
HALLMARKING & FINAL QUALITY CHECK
Every finished JYOCO piece is submitted to the assay office for testing and hallmarking.
It then undergoes a final quality check in our Poznań atelier to ensure that the setting, construction and finish meet JYOCO standards.
READY FOR COLLECTION OR DELIVERY
Once your jewellery is ready, we will send you photographs of the finished piece and request the remaining payment.
You can choose insured courier delivery or personal collection from our Poznań atelier. We will also provide guidance on caring for your jewellery and remain available after delivery.
BESPOKE JEWELLERY FAQ
What types of bespoke jewellery do you create?
We create bespoke engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, earrings and other one-of-a-kind pieces designed around the wearer, the occasion and the intended meaning of the jewellery.
How does the bespoke jewellery process work?
Every commission begins with a consultation. We then develop the design, select the metal and gemstones, prepare the final proposal and begin production once the design has been approved and the deposit received.
How long does a bespoke commission take?
Bespoke jewellery usually takes approximately 4–8 weeks from final design approval and receipt of the deposit. More complex designs or rare gemstone sourcing may require additional time.
What deposit is required?
Once the design and gemstone have been approved, we request a deposit of 50–75% of the agreed project price. The remaining balance is paid when the finished jewellery is ready.
Can you source gemstones for my project?
Yes. We source natural diamonds and coloured gemstones selected specifically for the proportions, character and budget of each commission. You will receive specifications, photographs, videos and pricing before making your decision.
Can I use my own gemstone?
In many cases, yes. A client-owned or heirloom gemstone must first be examined to assess its condition, dimensions and suitability for the proposed design and setting.
Can I commission bespoke jewellery without visiting the atelier?
Yes. The entire process can be completed remotely through email, telephone or an online consultation. Finished jewellery can be delivered by insured courier or collected personally from our Poznań atelier.
Can I contact you during the production process?
Yes. We stay in touch throughout the entire journey, providing relevant updates and remaining available to answer any questions while your jewellery is being made.
Can I change my mind during the production process?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make a change. Depending on the stage of production, we may still be able to amend the design.
If work has already progressed beyond that point, changes may require additional materials, labour and design adjustments. This may involve an additional charge and extend the production time.
