Shipping & Delivery

At JYOCO, each piece is created with attention to detail and produced in small quantities or made to order. Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the product.

Processing Time

Collection Pieces

Products from the permanent collection are usually prepared and shipped within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-Order & Personalised Jewellery

Custom-made and personalised orders require additional production time. Estimated completion time is approximately 25 business days, depending on the complexity of the project and selected materials.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing the order.

  • European Union countries
  • Selected international destinations

Shipping Methods

Shipping options are displayed at checkout depending on the destination country and order value.

Available methods may include:

  • Courier delivery
  • InPost parcel lockers (Poland only)

  • Local pickup (if available)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • destination country,
  • selected shipping method,
  • order value.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within Poland for orders over 500 PLN.


Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available for the selected shipping method.


Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may occasionally be affected by:

  • courier delays,
  • customs processing,
  • holiday periods,
  • production complexity for custom orders.

JYOCO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.


Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date at:

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the package/product (if damaged),
  • a description of the issue.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
