Returns

Standard collection pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • personalised jewellery,
  • made-to-order pieces,
  • engraved products,
  • custom-designed jewellery,
  • products modified on request, including custom sizing or finishes.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the product and packaging.

Exchanges

JYOCO Jewellery does not offer standard product exchanges. If you require assistance, please contact us individually regarding possible solutions.
