Every JYOCO piece is created in a small studio, through a thoughtful and attentive process.
• Signature collection pieces are usually made within 7–14 business days.
• Personalized and made-to-order jewellery requires approximately 25 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
• We offer complimentary shipping within Poland for orders above 500 PLN.
If you have a specific deadline (wedding, special occasion), please contact us - if possible, we will adjust the process to your timeline.

• Keep it out of reach of small children - tiny components may pose a choking hazard.
• Do not wear jewellery on irritated or damaged skin.
• If you have confirmed metal sensitivities (e.g. nickel), contact us before purchasing - we will tailor the best material option for you.
• Remove your jewellery before sleeping, training or intense physical activity to avoid damage to the piece and friction on the skin.
